Reel Club Savory Soda Crackers


  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 cup butter 
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbs. Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  1. In a food processor, work in butter into flour.
  2. Stir together in a separate bowl the vinegar, baking soda, and salt into the milk.
  3. Using your hands, knead the milk mixture into the butter and flour mixture.
  4. Knead the Cajun seasoning and parmesan cheese into the combined mixture.
  5. Form dough into balls and roll out very thin.
  6. Lightly score the dough in the size of the cracker you desire.
  7. Bake the crackers at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes, or until crisp.
