- In a food processor, work in butter into flour.
- Stir together in a separate bowl the vinegar, baking soda, and salt into the milk.
- Using your hands, knead the milk mixture into the butter and flour mixture.
- Knead the Cajun seasoning and parmesan cheese into the combined mixture.
- Form dough into balls and roll out very thin.
- Lightly score the dough in the size of the cracker you desire.
- Bake the crackers at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes, or until crisp.
